The requirements of a great Wild Kopi Luwak coffee brew is the combination of fresh roasted beans and perfect coffee grounds. Do not underestimate the importance of grinding your coffee beans properly in order to have the best taste and experience.

French Press

1.0 ounce of coffee (30 grams) for two cups

460 ml of (preferably) Natural Mineral Water

Instructions

Grind your coffee to a coarse ground accordingly

Place the grounds in the French press
-
Boil 460 ml of water and let it cool down for about 1-2 minutes until it has reached 95-96° C (203-205° F)

Add hot water to the French press and stir gentle with a spoon until all grounds are submerged

Let the water and grounds brew for 3 to 4.5 minutes depending on your personal taste. We recommend 4 minutes.

Slowly push the plunger down until it is all the way to the bottom

Chemex

1.0 ounce of coffee (31-33 grams) for two cups

390 ml of (preferably) Natural Mineral Water

Instructions
- Fold your filter and place in the Chemex. Rinse filter with hot water to remove paper taste and dispose the water.

Grind your coffee to a coarse ground accordingly.

Place the grounds in the Chemex.

Boil 390 ml of water and let it cool down for about 1-2 minutes until it has reached 95-96° C (203-205° F).

Pour 60 ml hot water gentle in circles starting from the middle to the outside of the Chemex until all coffee grounds are submerged. Let it bloom for 30 seconds.

Next pour 110 ml in circles starting from the middle to the outside of the Chemex and repeat this step 2 more times until a total of 390 ml is reached.
- After your last pour you will see a little mountain of coffee grounds leftover in the filter. Remove the filter with coffee grounds from the Chemex.

Instructions

Grind your coffee to a medium/coarse ground accordingly.

Place the grounds in the cup.

Boil 200 ml of water and let it cool down for about 1-2 minutes until it has reached 95-96° C (203-205° F).

Pour hot water gentle in circles starting from the middle to the outside of the cup until all coffee grounds are submerged.

Let the water and grounds brew for 3 minutes and let the coffee grounds settle on the bottom of the cup.

Take the spoon en remove any floating coffee grounds leftovers from the crema.
